Pet Assistance

Please state your pets name, type of pet: dog/cat, male/female, neutered/spayed and if vaccinations are up to date. Please give a desciption of the medical problem your pet is experiencing and what assistance you are requesting from Animal Crackers and email this information to Dan Shepherd at wfs228@gmail.com

You will be contacted by a member of Animal Crackers to further explain your pets needs or medical condition. Not all requests can be fulfilled. We try to help as many pets as we can, depending on our funding at that particular time. If we are able to help you, we will contact you by either phone or email.
